Each caplet contains:

Ibuprofen 200 mg
Paracetamol 350 mg

Side effects

Prolonged use and large doses can cause liver damage.
Although rare, side effects can occur as follows: Disorders of the digestive tract including nausea, vomiting, stomach pain or burning sensation in the upper abdomen, diarrhea, constipation and stomach bleeding.
There have also been reported skin rashes, dizziness, bronchospasm (narrowing of the bronchi), thrombocytopenia (decrease in the number of blood clotting cells). Lymphopenia (decrease in lymphocyte blood cells), liver and kidney disorders.
Decreased visual acuity and difficulty distinguishing colors can occur, but are very rare and will heal if the drug is stopped.
Use in patients who consume alcohol can increase the risk of damage to liver function.

Dose

Adults: 1 caplet 3-4 times a day after meals.
Or according to doctor's instructions.
